HDFC Bank — interest debited without any reason

I have a current account number [protected] in the name of jagdish prasad and sons. I applied for cash credit facility in your bank and the same was given for rs. 60, 00, 000 but i was not able to use it because my signature was not updated in your records and still you debited my account with rs. 29031.
This is not correct as i have not used the limit and you are still debiting the interset. Please refund back the money asap as it is very depressing and if much time is extended i will have no othe option but to take will have to take legal action against the bank.

It's insane how you get treated to close your own account when you are not happy about the services! People here never consider your request from other branch !!! They are working only as a branch specific and not for the name HDFC!!!'
