Myself abishai joy. I have transferred 1200 pounds out of my wallet in hsbc uk. Despite of the swift details provided, it is highly disappointing to hear, the renowned bank cannot track this and it is becoming 2 weeks. I do hear that the manager ananth sudalai mogappair west doesn't attend the calls, could you please tell me or clarify, is this your standard of service?
