I had made the payment from hdfc credit card, and after 15 days i treid to payback the due amount. However, i was facing an error while doing a transaction and also i never received any statement in last year 2017. So i made a complaint to customer care. After calling several times in 2 months they resolved that error of transaction. And then why they are penalizing me for the finance charges. I m not going to pay those extra rs 3000 as a finance charges. I will just pay my that amount for which i hv made the payment.
Kindly provide the resolution.
