[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — iphone 11 cashback

I bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 25/12/2019 from Shreeji Fones, Thane. As per the hdfc bank cashback policy, cashback should be received within 120 days. but i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. Please help me with this issue.
