I was supposed to receive a cashback of 6000 inr for purchasing iphone 11 in offer period. I purchased the item on 31st january 2020 and as per the policy of bank, cashback was supposed to be credited within 120 days from the last day of transactional month. Its been 130 days now and still i haven’t received the cashback. This is not the kind of service we expect from such a reputed bank.
Please resolve it asap.
