HDFC Bank — Iphone 11 cashback is not received after 120days also

I purchased iphone 11 with hdfc credit card on feb 14th in bajaj electronics in hyderabad. I need to get the cash back of 6000 inr in between 90 days to 120 days. But i haven’t received any cashback yet.
Please help in resolving this issue.
Have all the details of bill. Please let me know for any information.
