I purchased an iphone 11 on 29/11/2019 from croma store (Mumbai - phoenix mills). As per the offer i was supposed to get a cash back of inr 6000 within 120 days. Now it’s more than 120 days (I. E 155 days to be precise which is more than a month delay) and i still haven’t got the cash back. I tried to get in touch with the customer services but again no luck. I've attached the invoice copy for the same for more details. Hope this issue gets resolved soon and i receive my cash back.

I can't generate a reference number as there is no option from the dropdown tab which is relevant to my complain. kindly advice on the same. I've attached a screenshot for more clarification.
