HDFC Bank — Iphone 11 purchase cashback

Address: Bangalore, Karnataka.

I purchased iphone 11 (64gb) on 4th jan, 2020. And i was suppose to receive cashback of rs.6000 with 120 days. But, i did not received it yet. Tried to contact bank customer service but no success. Please resolve this asap
