HDFC Bank — IPhone 11 purchased in feb-20 cashback 6000 not received yet

I had purchased iPhone 11 in feb -20. There was a scheme that 6000 cashback will given on said purchase within 90 days. However I have not received the cashback yet. I had called customer care many times but they respond to this query appropriately request you to help with the same.
