[Resolved] HDFC Bank — irctc failed transaction - requesting refund

Hi team,
I tried to book irctc train ticket on oct 10th 2017 through hdfc netbanking. The transaction was failed twice due to no response from bank. And an amount of rs. 3450 was debited from my hdfc bank account twice. I did not receive any refund yet.

Please refund the concern amount.
