I have never used card since receive mail during notice period in fact I destroyed the same but on 9th Aug my account was debited for Rs. 6291 for credit card charges and yesterday I receive one mail mentioning the my credit card payment rs.913. I totally surprised that when I have never used card since last five month, my account was debited on 9th Aug for credit card dues, I have received mail my card will be deactivated and due payment will be setteled in FnF, how bank charge for credit card charge. This is totally misguide or in fact cheating. I will highlight the in social media such type of cheating with customer or employee. Requesting bank check and reverse unnecessary charges. My card number 485499xxxxx1795. Name Sagar jain.
