Today i got one in relevant sms on my reg mobile as shown below.in msg i am not dealing with any transaction with suryoday small finance bank ltd with rs 20000.

Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to suryoday small finance bank ltd limited with value rs. 20000.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

Please look into matter and check if any frauds happen and stop transaction

What is “3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC GST 071017-MIR172 [protected]”.
How can you deduct the money without knowingly.!?
No other bank does the same.
Is this the way you deal with the customers?
How can you bluff them without being told anything about 3rd party cash txn
This is second time I’m facing with the issue
