HDFC Bank — Issue of new debit

Address: HDFC bank near Sheldon Apartment, PN 37, Gr Floor & 1st Floor, Chandivali Rd, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400072

I have submitted required documents for change of my mobile number and also to issue new debit card on 19 december 2020. But still I have not got the new debit card as of now. While asking bank is saying it will come from chennai, but already 3 weeks are pass.
Why it is taking so much time.
