I have opened an nre\nro bank account. Initially while opening an account everything was going good and i use to get proper response and call from hdfc employee (Mahesh totre). But after opening an account there was a sudden change in behaviour and they stopped replying to my issues.
I was dealing with the issue where i was not able to tranfer or send money to my nre account also i was not able to send money from nro to nre account and also i tried from different banks like sbi and the transaction use to get rejected. So i raised this question to mahesh totre (Hdfc employee) but i didnt got any reply. I have dropped multiple emails and calls but there was a no reply from mahesh totre and i also followed escalation matrix window i have also sent email to shobhana singh and hitesh. [protected]@hdfcbanknri.com who is responsible to escalation process but they too didn’t replied anything and due to this lack o[censored]pdates and poor behaviour my account went into negative balance.
Suddenly i received a call from mahesh and i explained him about the same and he told me that he will give the contact details but again i am going through same behaviour which is missing response.
I am send them mail daily but still i am not getting any response.
