HDFC Bank — Its been 3 months I ordered hdfc gift card not delivered yet

Address: Hyderabad

I have ordered the gift card in march.. It is june already and i didnot recieve any card nor a communication regarding the card.. Not even the hdfc customer care people were ready to answer
