Its been almost tow months i have raised complaint with customer care and still i am not getting any resolution
My fastag account got debited rs 420 wrongly for adjustment and now i am getting messages that my wallet balance is low. I have spoke to the customer care and raised a ticket i0064705. The customer care executive informed that this has been debited wrongly as all my toll expenses are already settled. Please add the money back to my account
