I had paid extra mount even before receiving credit card sattement due on 13th every month. I have (A) not received the sattement due on 13th july 2017 and (B) finance charge for delayed/late payment is charged in statement received 13th august 2017.

I have added money 5000 to payzap on 07/08/2017 by indusind credit card. My payzap account mobile number is [protected]. So it is therefore requested to refund my money to payzap account or either to my credit card.
