Iam your hdfc karimnagar branch customer mohd abdul layeeq. A/c no [protected], and i also have credit card, for which i got a jambo lone of rs60000/-lone in 2016/11. On 25/07/2017i want to close the lone for closing i called to your phone banker or customer officer and he/she provided me wrong jambo lone card number for closing the lone, i had made a payment of rs54600/-on 26/07/2017. Including that month emi.
But again my emi also deducted, when again i called to customer care your another offecer told me that the payment which i made is wrong and the is made to a closed lone number, and taken the request for reversal of total amount to my account, they are given me 3days time from, 1/8/2017 to3/8/2017. But still i didnot get my amount. So kindly help me.
Know i want my amount back i won't pay the intrest of closing the jambo lone also. So request you to help me out as soon as possible.
Boss your bank is no 1 bank in india don't spoile the image of bank. We trust a lot to hdfc bank.
