HDFC Bank — lackadaisical attitude of hdfc bank branch in resolving a long pending issue

I am extremely distressed due to the lackadaisical attitude of the hdfc bank (Sahakarnagar, bengaluru 560092) in resolving a long pending issue due to which i am unable to submit income tax return for the current assessment year.

I sent an email to the branch manager & avp on 27 june 2020 indicating their lapse. He admitted their fault, but has not set it right despite my three reminders.

What a disgusting experience.
