HDFC Bank — Levy of quarterly charges of Rs 295 in my savings account

In my account no [protected] with Panvel, Navi Mumbai branch of HDC Bank, I have recently observed that every quarter charges of Rs 295 are being levied named as ISAQMC. My account is normal savings account and these charges are wrongfully being debited form my account for so long. These charges should be revered and all the amount so collected be deposited in my account. Savings account is not demat of trading account to be charged so much on quarterly basis.
