HDFC Bank — lien on salary account

My self rakesh. I recently join job after a long period of time employer opened my salary account in hdfc bank but when i receive my first salary bank lien on my account and i am not able to withdraw amount. Due to accident i was job less last 2 years. I want settle my outstanding amount of credit card. But no response from customer care. They give me a contact no [protected], 02, 03, 04 but no one pick call and i also visit branch they dont no about this matter how it is resolve. You are request please remove lien and make atleast 2 emi of outstanding amount. When i called to customer care they told me 62000 is your outstanding amount.
