There is a fraud transactions of rs26520 on 22/05/23, on whatsapp call it already communicated bank as per their instructions and immediately communicated to cyber crime they established it as online financial fraud. Inspite of that they ph and mailed me to pay their outstanding of rs 31000 after adding there card annual charges as well as late payment fees. In order to stop receiving telemarketing calls from HDFC bank, I have activated DND through HDFC bank portal multiple times and last one was on APR 12, 2024.
Despite of DND activation, I keep receiving marketing calls for personal loans, credit cards and other sales related calls everyday from HDFC representatives. Sometimes I receive multiple calls from different numbers and I have to attend, respond and block the number. Since the...

I have hdfc food card which is not working it says transaction failed i tried in Zomato, Swiggy & in Big basket platforms still it doesn't work I contacted HDFC Bank customer care they always says either the card is not visible at their end or says the they will check with the IT team.
They have given this correspondence number 55686234 while registering complaint with them but no positive response please help...

Cancer policy 90462423 tumor detection and claim submission.
The hdfc life was not accepting my forms as they dont know there policies of cancer care.

Yesterday I got a mail that your account has been debited as you did not maintain enough balance in the month of July and August

For July month they deducted Rs. 547.61 + GST & Aug month Rs. 560.35 + GST.
Above both amount deducted from my account yesterday without informing me.

My account has been in dormant stage since 2019. It was a salary account. Recently recived government funds in the same account and tge bank has deducted the entire amount. Called us the customer care they informed the bank can reimb the amount. I contacted the bank for the same they refused to provide any relevant info and reimb the amount....

I have a salary account with HDFC bank. I have started with SIP in mutual funds (Groww) using auto-pay option. But I didn't have sufficient balance in sip date so I have been charged ach debit return charges of Rs 531 is deducted from my account on 22/08/2024 and now my balance is showing Rs -332 on 24/08/2024.

I am very upset with my relationship manager. Even after 3 years he could not fix an overdraft against my fixed deposit.

In fact on saturday that is[protected] i visited rvs paradise branch, jayanagar, bangalore myself and they helped me with forms and the overdraft was fixed on tuesday[protected].
