HDFC Bank Limited — Dispute Transaction on my card

Dear Sir,

we have not Authorized below transaction on my credit card No. [protected] but HDFC Bank not solve my problem and charged this amount on my card and we have already requested with dispute form but bank has rejected my request so I request to please check and solve my issue and reverse my amount on my card.
