I have regularly paying personal loan no[protected] installment last 4 year and my last installment was due on 4 June 2017, but due to technical reason ECS was return by paying bank, as per telephonic instruction received from Kota collection branch, I have make NEFT of Rs. 8140 with all remaining charges on 16/06/2017. But till date I have received call from your representative for non receipt of payment. I am not happy with your poor service.
