HDFC Bank — Data wrongly updated by RIC department-Need to resolve I am SUMIT PAL working in vivo past 2 years . I have applied the Two wheeler loan in HDFC and it is not approved. I checked with executive saying like that your credit card application got rejected on 2020 january due to the invalid pay slip for your company. But currently I don’t know why HDFC credit card application got rejected on that time. If need i am ready to submit my monthly pay slip which i had now for my previous organization similar kind of pay slip only I have provided while apply the HDFC card. Please let us know how to solve. Please mention reference number TT[protected] along with the requested details for us to help you with the solution. -Anay HDFC Bank Customer Assistance Sep 04, 2020 Updated by palsumit984 i applied for two wheeler loan in july 2020, Loan no[protected], and loan rejected from hdfc bank they given me the reason loan reject under ric or hunter and they said you just applied in the jan or feb 2020 for the credit card and given the edited salary slip or bank statement to the bank so they given me this reason. yes i applied for credit card in the feb but i just got a call from a third party credit card company they just taken my document i don't know what they did with my document and my credit card approval rejected after that they said sir your card rejected apply after 3 month, but i don't know what they did with my document but it is not my fault now tell me the solution for this please.
