I am writing to you to raise an issue about: loans moratorium issue

Dear sir,
I had applied moratorium for apr'20 and may'20, and approval massage conveyed by bank on 4may20, details are as follows...
"quote
Accepted. We will process moratorium for april and may emis for loan no. 62237462. If emi for april 20 has been debited, you will receive a refund within 30 days.
Unquote"

Today your bank loan emi deducted from my account rs.7827 while we already have moratorium for apr and may'20.

Looking forward for your kind support and action please.
