I have a locker with hdfc bank.. Which i wanted to surrender in january but the bank employee said you have already been charged till 2017 april so it is better to surrender in april.. I went to the branch in 2017 april they said you have already been charged on 2nd of april i am a senior citizen have a classic account with hdfc and the branch employe straight away very rudely said no sir nothing can be done.. This is very rude i escalated the matter to hdfc head but they say the same thing no change.. And i was being charged 7000 last year now they charged 10000.. And when i got the locker they said it will be free with certain amount of fixed deposit.. Cant believe the kind of fraud hdfc is doing and that with a senior citizen it is my hard earned money.. Please do something about it
