I am a preferred customer of hdfc bank. I am also a senior citizen. My account was debited with rs.8000 being the locker rent for 2017-18 on 1st april 2017 without my knowledge, consent or any other information. Then another amount of rs.1200 was debited being the service charges of the locker rent. I surrendered the locker in the 3rd week of june 2017 and asked the refund of three-quarters charges amounting to rs.6900 as i had used the locker for one-quarter only. But i was told that it is not possible to refund this balance amount. As now there are limited sources of income for me this amount means a lot and should be credited to my account asap.
