A customer representative of hdfc bank called me on phone for the verification of adress as i had applied for new credit card. She was a lady and her way of talking was very bad. Even she said words like tum, tere father k name kya h. When i asked her about her behavior then she cut my phone. Even i tried to call her but she did not attend my phone. Telephone number from she called [protected].
I just what type of training you have given to ur representatives. They do not have any professionalism. Customers are assets not liabilities of bank.

    I applied for fastag for two of my vehicles. Money got deducted from my account and i got sms message saying my fasttag is activated.

    Its been more than 15 days and i have not received any communication from hdfc on how i can get the actual fastag.

    I called up customer carte number[protected] but nobody picks up the call. This is not expected from a reputed bank like hdfc.

      My h. D. F. C home loan file no is[protected]

      H. D. F. C. Has sanctioned my 20, 00, 000/- rs loan in august.

      I have give n 10, 000/- rs as processing fees

      Now i have required only 13, 47, 000/- rs.

      Account for this i mailed to h. D. F. C. Customer care to considered processing as per 13, 47, 000/- rs and refund my rest of the amount but till now they have refund me any amount

          My daughter applied for new account opening during her recent visit to india. The official in magarpatta city pune branch (A badly supervised and ill informed trainee i believe) said it will take max 7 days.
          The process is still incomplete after one month in spite of full compliance of documents on day one and numerous visits for follow up.
          Bad news is the accounts are opened in some different branch without our consent.
          High value check deposited is not cleared after 8 days.
          It was worst experience with hdfc bank.

            I received this message yester day...

            " dear customer, mandate reference number hdfc[protected] issued to banyantree service limited with value rs. 100000.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your bank.

            I haven't made any mandate to bank...

When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst 041217-mir[protected]. I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?

                I was issued a credit card no [protected]
                Along with this card was a jumbo loan account no [protected]
                This account was fully paid and i received a no due certificate which i have attached
                Inspite of the same the cibil records shows post wo settled
                Because of the same being shown in my cibil report my credit report has downgraded my score.
                Could you please correct the same and update the records as fully paid
                I await answer.

                  My name is deepak raja have taken loan from hdfc. Recently i missed two emi so my account moved -18000 so recently i had cash around 80000 after taking 18000. My account had around 60000 from last week i had around 13000 but today when i checked my account only had 5000 something i totally pissed off this action so when i checked transactions history there are many transactions for 885 i really don't understand why this charges has been taken. I am frustrated of your actions. I want return of my charges and transactions to be returned fully without fail.

                    I want to close my hdfc credit card account but hdfc bank is asking me to send an application to their chennai head office for credit card closure.

                    It's an expense of rs. 30/- to send the said application by registered post and a long wait till credit card closure.

                    Though other banks like citi and sc initiate credit card closure on request through phone banking.

                    Why is hdfc having such painful procedures as compared to other banks. I need a logical explanation of this query from hdfc bank.

If you still wish to close the card account, we request you to forward us a duly signed letter along with your destroyed (diagonally cut) credit card to the following address to enable us do the needful. HDFC Bank Cards Division, PO BOX # 8654, Thiruvanmiyur P.O., Chennai 600 041. For security reasons, we would be unable to process card closure request received through e-mail / Post. We regret to inform that currently there is no option to close the card account through online or through Phone Banking services.

                        hdfc bank not receiving otp, unable to change netbanking password.

                        Hi,

                        I can not login into net banking, if i try to generate otp to change password i'm not at all receiving the otp message. I also communicated with hdfc customer care, they said everything is ok from there side. But i am getting messages on the same mobile number from others but not getting hdfc otp message also not receiving mail for the same. Due to this i am not able to do any kind of transactions. Please fix this issue...

                        My all accounts were opened with hdfc and are maintained in preferred category, keeping my track record and group. I had been in long relationship with hdfc and finding issues for our nre/nro accounts. Having been attempted for several times to resolve them on emails/calls/watsapp/messages, even received promises on email to reverse all the bank charges, i finally decided to close my accounts and my family may also decided to close all accounts who are banking with hdfc since 20 years.

                        I got surprised, how hdfc is not able to help their customer to make a good relationship after attempting so many times from my side.

                        I have visited last year to close my accounts, they have not processed my application and told me to thaey are moving them to preferred no charges will be deducted. After a month they start charging on the account. I have been in communication with relationship manager for months but he was unable to fix that issue and then i decided to close the accounts. This year when i came to hdfc to close they said you have to pay these charges. Why i will pay the charges if i have requested to close them a year before.

                        I have emails communication that how the relationship manager misleaded me.

                        Still looking how i should close accounts with hdfc.

The bank has activated one assist membership on my credit even though i did not know the otp number also and not even generate the credit card pin number also, this is the pre look period for the one assist membership, so now i want cancel the membership, so help me to cancel this membership and refund my amount of 1899 rupees, plz generate the credit card otp number thank u sir..

Es a/c k statment me mujhe pta chala ki dt 05.12.2017 ko aapke dwara rs 295 katte gye hai .es anavashyak katte gye charge ko waps dilane ka kasth kare . Or mere dwara har month a/c me pese jma kiye ja rhe h jiske bavjud aap dwara samy par EMI k pese nhi katte ja rhe. Or uske bad aap ke dwara overdue k nam se mere a/c se pese vasule ja rhe h jo katai sahniy nhi h. Aap dwara aapne system me sudhar karte hue mere katte gye pese waps dilane ka kast kare warna customer ko majburan consumer court ki sharan leni padegi.

                                    We have a. Current a/c no. [protected] in your hdfc bank ltd, branch rajesh colony, jagadhri. Distt. Yamuna nagar. We have facing a problem in rtgs and neft. The bank staff miss shipra oborai dealing hand not corporate us and they make rtgs entrty approx time 3 to 4 hours and same entrty we make from sbi jagadhri with in 10-15 minute for this we have problem for banking transaction. So we have very upset regarding this type of behavior.

                                    Please solve over problem otherwise we have change our a/c to another bank.

                                      My name is sagar sethi. I had processed my loan with hdfc. My file number is[protected]. This is an internal adjustment case from hdfc goregaon, mumbai to my branch sector 14, gurgaon branch. The disbursement is done on 30th august 2017. After the disbursement. I have to wait 15 days to get document which have to received from goregaon branch required for transfer process because hdfc have all the property original documents. On place of transfer, lawyer assigned to me mr. Kamal kant gupta, send his representative named gulab singh, who have to got all the documents. He said he forgot to pick original possession letter from bank, will submit next day. The processes from seller and me is done, atlest we thought that.
                                      But after 10 days when i followed back from the builder for my transfer status, they told me that they still not received missing document. When i cross checked with hdfc they told me to contact lawyer. When i contacted mr. Gulab singh he said he will do that. Then i contacted branch manager mr. Alexander, he told me that they don`t received original possession letter from the goregaon branch. I waited 15 more days and then got response that "your seller don`t submit original possession letter to us". Some how i arranged a fir for possession letter. But than i got call from bank that they found possession letter and submitted to builder. Still i thought its over. Waited till 20th dec. Contacted builder they said "we already told your lawyer that tpt agreement you had submitted is incorrect. We already requested lawyer to resubmit that 15 days ago". Contacted lawyer he said yes go to builders office collect tpt and submit that back i will do rest.

                                      So my issue is that i had taken loan from hdfc ltd. So why when ever i called hdfc helpline they said we had mailed in leagule department, contact the lawyer we had assigned you and that guy gulab singh is with a very bad attitude. He does not know how to talk.

                                      Why i have to follow up every time.
                                      Is this the duty of hdfc to help customer?
                                      I am paying interest on the loan from day 1. I paid 4 emi`s to hdfc and still not got property transferred to my name. Please help me. I am fed off to contact customer care.

                                      I am chasing for NOC of my credit card account after settlement from four months but no one from HDFC bank is providing the same. You can escalate to whomsoever but no one will resolve issue even though name of bank will get spoiled.
                                      Very shame on Rajendrakumar Taliwal and team.
