[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Ltd — misbehaving, cheating, not refunding processing fees

I had applied for a loan in hdfc file no[protected], dated 25 april but they did not approved, reason they are giving non eligible, on 6 july 2018, mean while they regular demanded all related paper till 4 july 2018.
Now they are saying we will deduct some amount of processing fees. Whereas there is no commitment of regarding deduction of amount.
We have file refund amount on 18 july 2018, but they are misbehaving and not refunding an amount.

I want to refund my full amount as soon as possible.
