HDFC Bank — Manual hold charge and overdue charges

I have a personal loan in Hdfc bank and emi is 23917 per month and my date of debit is 7th of every month. On November 07 morning I have 16000 rs in my account the amount is debited -7000 rs. I have 30000rs liquid cash in my hand but i credited 30000 on the same day in my account . The loan emi is debited and put on hold. Now the bank has charged 1350 as manual hold charges and 649 as over due charge. My issue is the amount is available in my account on the same day but few hours late. So even the date is also not changed. But the bank has charged an unnecessary 1350+649 rs
