[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Mctf atw transaction 10000 rs. deducted

Address: sec - 41 village agahpur noida GBN.

Sir 10000 deduct (Update: inr 10, 000.00 debited from a/c xx9211 on 15-may-20. Info: mctf atw 13/05 526099xxxxxx0480 ghaziaba.) from my account.
I call to customer care they said you make a atm transaction of 10000rs. On 13/02/2020. At that time 10000 rs. Debited from my account and credited at the same time, but i didn't get any message of these transactions. And now they are saying that transaction have been made succesfully.
How is this possible.
Now 10000 rs. Have been deducted from my account as mctf atw transaction.
Sir pls revert asap.

The second no. amount is deduct unnecessarily from my account I didn't order any thing from your site of that amount such a worst service no one is answering on your what's app no. Also it is second time with in a week that you had deduct excess amount from my account
