HDFC Bank — mctf atw transaction 5000 rs. deducted

Sir, 5000 rs. Deducted as ( mctf atw mentioned in transaction statement) from my account no. **********00812 from bhiwadi branch ifsc code hdfc0005460 on 24/02/2020.
I call to customer care they said you make a atm transaction of 5000rs. On 19/02/2020. At that time 5000 rs. Debited from my account and credited at the same time, but i didn't get any message of these transactions. And now they are saying that transaction have been made succesfully.
How is this possible.
Now 5000 rs. Have been deducted from my account as mctf atw transaction. In my statement [protected] reference no. Is showing for this transaction.
My account have 793rs. But now my savings account is in -4207 rs.
Sir pls revert asap.

I have also receive the same msg from the bank end I think the bank is misbehaving with there customer and they even don't know what's the issue by which it occurs

Rubbish service the bank are providing to there valuable customer if I didn't get solution from the bank then definitely I will break the whole relationship with hdfc

5000 rs was debited from my account lakdikapul branch with IFSC code HDFC0000021, debit no: 526099XXXXXX8376

My amount got deducted from MCTF ATW on 12th May 2024 and They had credited and debited same time and in my account it's reflecting as Rs (-8000/-) I had a balance of Rs 3443/- . Kindly resolve with this unauthorised transaction
