HDFC Bank — mctf money deducted randomly

An amount of rupees 3, 267 was deducted on 17th aug 2020 illegally and suddenly without me making any transaction on that day for an e-commerce website called instacart.

There is no cheque id mentioned for that transaction either. Kindly initiate the refund asap.
