HDFC Bank — MI revenue hold through gefu

The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 524.24 as mi revenue hold through gefu, account details is Account number: [[protected]] Account type: salary account I need clear details about hold fund and release the same The customer service is not able to give any info on this. First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful. +1 photos Was this information helpful? I am a senior citizen account, but no proper information regarding to correspond with the branch manager. But too much harassment. Decided to close my all accounts. For information to other customers

For simple reasons holding the balance amount in the SB accounts. It happens once in awhile unable to pay any EMI instalment, for which double the amount are holding.

I don't know why mi revenue gefu hold of 1938 rs, please resolve my issue...
