Hello team, i have been charged -4800 even after i was informed that its a zero balance account.
Now i dont want to keep the account as i had no transactions on it from the beginning of the account. I was fraudulently charged the minimum balance amount even after i was promised that its a zero balance account. I don't remember the customer id or account no.
