My account has freezed without any information. Then i visited my hdfc siliguri panitanki branch and submitted my
Koic form adhar card and pan card as per instruction. There is an employee named mrs dobolina guha against whom i want to lunch a complaint. Her behaviour is very insulting. I don't believe she has any right to behave like that as she was bound to help her customer with any means. I don't know if any step will be taken against her but i am just complaining hoping some step will be taken
