Hi this complaint is regarding the misinformation at the time of opening current account we opened new current account for our company with hdfc zirakpur branch at the time of documents we told them clearly as r in travel business so need the net banking to do the payment to our supplier n told that any partner can operate the account but now they are telling that your account is in jointly operation mode and you will not get net banking service, what type of services they are providing they are just misguiding the customer to open the account in bank if we have done all paper work n told about services required for opened account than why they are now refusing to offer that services pathetic services they just want to open the account n get the money don't care about customer, soon going to close my all accounts with hdfc n will not suggest to my near n dear to go with hdfc.
