Sir i had my own and another 2account in my son adhik a panicker &abhik a panicker at your cheppad branch (Both are minor) as it was not operating i whished to close the a/c and i approached cheppad branch operations manager mr. Subramaniam s. He told me it is not possible to give cash and it can only be paid by dd. On receiving the dd i approched federal bank, kerala gramin bank they told it cannot be cleared. I contacted mr subramiam and again requested to pay back in cash, he told he cant do anything. Then what shall i do with the dd, can you give a help in changing the dd.
