I have been writing to hdfc bank regarding the otp not getting received in my new mobile no which is updated in their database. Since my account is locked, and for unlocking it online, i need to receive the otp on my new mobile but looks like its been getting delivered to the old mobile no as the screen shot shows.
I am finding it difficult and disappointed as i have contacted support team of
Hdfc and the response have been like "we have forwarded your query to the concerned dept and they will get back" but in vain
