HDFC Bank — Mobile recharge

I made a reacharge through payzapp at a jio number of amount 599. it is shown successful in the app while the recharge is not completed! amount is deducted from payzapp and the customer care number is not supporting! they hav shown the recharge is done on a bsnl number same number was earlier in bsnl but now it is ported in jio! they hav xompleted the recharge for bsnl!
