HDFC Bank — money credited from account but not reflecting in payzapp wallet

I tried to add money into my payzapp wallet and during that process the amount for rupees 1400 was credited twice from my bank account but not added in the wallet. I tried contacting customer care helpline number and mailed the payzapp support team many number of times but there was no reply from your side. I request you to please refund my amount of rupees 2800 immediately.
