[Resolved] HDFC Bank — money debited but not transferred into my account

I have made payment from payzapp on 23-Oct 2017 money successfully added into payzapp and wallet and when I was transferring to my account it showing successful but still not credited in to my account, I wrote mail but always same reply from there and there is no contact number to speak with someone, I'm very frustrated, I'm in a big problem with family I don't have money to survive
Please help me it's my humble request...
I'll never use this worst app
