[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — money deducted from bank

Hello sir, i am trying to add 5000 money in payzapp wallet in november 2nd. But at that time payzapp shows "try after some time, app error" then money will be debited from my hdfc bank but in my payzapp wallet it display zero balance. So this time we are very suffering due to money and now i wanted to use this money for hospitality. Till now i didn't receive the money from bank.

So i am requesting you to please refund the money as early as possible.
