HDFC Bank — money deducted from credit card but not added into my payzapp wallet - mobile no./user name - [protected]

Hi payzapp team,

I have added 1100 rs to my payzapp wallet from my credit card on 01/09/2017.

But it deducted from my credit card and not added in to my wallet (Mobile no./user name – [protected]).

Please resolve this issue and refund my money back asap.

Note:- i couldn’t able to reach over customer care no.[protected]
