This is hemarao, one of the payzapp user, on 01/09/2017 tried to add money rs 5000.00 from my hsbc credit card to payzapp, money deducted from my credit card but not added into my payzapp account, the error shown was after i entered the otp was "sorry, app had an error. Please try after sometime", but received a message from hsbc bank like"hsbc:your credit card xxxxxxxxxx is used for inr 5000.00 on 01/09/2017", so i tried to reach customer care [protected] for at least 10, 000 times, but it is always saying busy, so written mail to [protected]@payzapp.in, i didnot see reply from mail, so finally frustuated with the services offered by the hdfc payzapp, could you please respond back immediately and i need a quick resolution from hdfc bank.
