[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — money deducted from my wallet but not got to the account

Address: New Delhi, Delhi, 110045

I have paid a amount of 5000 but it was not reach to party account but deducted from my account and i continued trying to contect with payzapp team i was continuselly busy all day.
The ifsc code which i put in for transfer was not correct so i thought it would come back but it says that transaction successful and still money is not back to payzapp or sbi card

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end. The failed transactions will be refunded to customers in source card within 5 working days time.

My name is Vishnu, i did 5000 Rs/- withdrawal from Payzapp account to my ICICI account but it is not transferred to my account and as well my PayZaap account.

I comeplant Hdfc credit card I apply credit card by card to card all documents complete my I have use axis bank credit card from last 4 month I m very disappointed Hdfc bank wrong very vacation approved e reference no[protected] check
