[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Money didn't carry forward to my new food card

I lost my food card and blocked the card. I have the balance of around 6000 in that. I got new food card after applying it but money didn't carry over in my new food card. It's have been around two months still money didn't transfer to my new food card. Please help me in this...

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

As soon as you receive your new card, please follow the instructions given below for transfer of funds to the new card:
Update your new 16 digit card number in MyPay ( MyPay > My Update > Bank Information > Food Card Details )
Send an email to prepaidcards.[protected]@hdfcbank.com for transfer of funds lying in old card to the renewed card in the below mentioned format:
Associate ID:
Name:
Old food card number:
New food card number:

An unauthorized charges of 1299 Rs was done on my credit card without any prior information.so I don't want this plan so please remove it and i want my money back .i am not interested in soplease remove it . my credit card last 4 digit 4893
