HDFC Bank — money is not refunded after failure of transaction

I used my hdfc account to pay the jio 309 plan.. The money has deducted from my account but jio has not received the money and transaction is failed.. I tried the same for 5 times.. I thought money will be refunded with in 24 hours but it has not happened.

My customer id 35294262 account name neeraja v n v s.

Can you please check and refund the money back..

I made a transaction on 24th Oct i sent 5000 rs from Payzapp wallet to Axis Bank Account Amount sebited from Wallet and not credited to Axis Bank TxnID TxnID[protected]tR44iK6 Axis People saying that no transaction done please Credit my 5000rs ASAP
