[Resolved] HDFC Bank — money not added to payzapp wallet but deducted

Hi,
I have added 5000 rs to my payzapp wallet from my credit card on 05/09/2017.
But it deducted from my credit card and not added in to my wallet (Mobile no./user name – [protected]).
Please resolve this issue and refund my money back asap.
Note:- i couldn’t able to reach over customer care no.[protected]
